About me

Barbara has a master's degree in electrical engineering and majored in automation engineering. After working for several years in software engineering for industry automation, she decided to pursue a career in cybersecurity for OT. Today, she works at the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) and supports all industry sectors improving cyber security with special focus on intrusion detection by using the open source network monitoring tool Malcolm .
