About me
Gladys Leon holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Geneva. She has more than 15 years of experience in providing data analysis, innovative tools and software solutions for companies in the gas and electricity sector. She’s been working especially in power systems analysis and simulation tools and operational solutions for power grids, including Remedial Action Optimisation. She has gained solid experience in different roles such as business developer, project manager, innovation consultant and analyst. Since joining Artelys in October 2022, she is the director of Artelys España, Artelys’ Spanish subsidiary. She leads the business development of the subsidiary and the offer for operational solutions for TSOs in Europe.
