About me

Since 2016 heads Jens Wiesner the section 'Cyber Security in Industrial Control Systems' of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). He and his team cover many aspects of Operational Technology – the systems that keep a nation running: energy, water and many more non-standard systems. Additionally to many awareness measures two major pillars of his work are in-depth network monitoring and the automation of vulnerability management.
