About me

I'm Nick van der Burgt, A Software Engineer and technical specification writer working at ElaadNL, a dutch Knowledge and innovation center, which is an initiative of the joint Dutch Grid Operators.

In my role at ElaadNL, I am involved with the standardization of both in-home protocols and grid-side flexibility signaling (e.g. OpenADR).

I'm passionate about moving forward the energy transition using robust software solutions and standardization.
