About me
Dr. Brunschwiler is a Principal Researcher and Research Manager at IBM Research – Zurich, where he leads the AI for Climate Impact team. His research advances the frontier of large-scale Foundation Models for Earth sciences. In this context, he spearheads IBM’s efforts exploring Foundation Models for the Electric Grid (GridFM).
He co-leads the global GridFM Working Group, is an organizing committee member of the GridFM Workshop Series, and is a Senior Member of IEEE.
