About me
Yu Jiang is Managing Director and leads the Data & AI practice at Sia in the BeNeLux region. He helps organizations accelerate digital transformation by combining AI with modern organization design and data-driven operating models. His expertise spans digital strategy, AI-driven decision-making, process automation, and enterprise AI adoption at scale.
Together with ecosystem partners such as AWS, Databricks, Anthropic and OpenAI, Yu delivers enterprise-grade AI architectures, modern data platforms, and GenAI products that move beyond experimentation into production. He is particularly passionate about helping organizations redesign the way people and AI collaborate to build smarter, future-ready, and sustainable enterprises.
A particular highlight is Yu's rich experience working alongside grid operators (TSOs and DSOs) on grid congestion management, one of the defining operational challenges of the energy transition. He is an active contributor to the LF Energy community, helping bring open-source projects such as OpenSTEF and Power Grid Model into real grid operations, as part of a wider focus on putting open, trustworthy AI to work across the energy system.
